Being the "face" of a building, a facade has a number of important tasks to fulfil – these are of an aesthetic and technical nature. Unfortunately facade engineering is one of the technically most demanding parts of building projects and therefore one of the most prone to modification or rectification. DS-Plan has developed a number of methods and planning procedures which reliably eliminate this risk.

As early as the pre-planning stage we develop together with the architect creative, ecological and, above all, economical facade solutions. These are subsequently, irrespective of the products to be used, planned in the greatest detail on a 1:1 scale. Thanks to the depth of detail we can normally promise the client an end product that requires a minimum of modification or rectification. The high level of prefabricated products used in our designs guarantees optimal economy – assembly/erection times are reduced and the quality is increased. In this way we create facades which are not only beautiful and unique but also remain within the cost limits. During the construction phase we control and ensure the quality of construction and assume responsibility for the planning – to ensure a successful result.
