Buildings in which the users do not feel comfortable or which even make them ill, cannot be successful in the long term. A healthy and comfortable working environment is therefore in our view an indispensable part of planning a building. The comparatively small extra cost spent on planning is quickly recouped – in the case of a building used by a company through the high productivity of healthy and motivated employees, and in the case of rented accommodation through a positive marketing effect. For this reason we supervise the architect´s planning right down to its implementation on the building site and ensure that building materials are used which are suitable in terms of health and environment. This includes the energy expended in the construction and operation of the building so that at an early stage we can ensure that unnecessary emissions are avoided.
