Since the potential buyers were interested in the chances and risks of this property, the object was analysed in the context of a due diligence procedure by the engineers of DS-Plan. With a quick-check-analysis the building physical and building technical issues were identified, evaluated and summarised in a significant report. For a comprehensive evaluation of this property which is situated in the central city of Milan various factors that resulted from of the old-fashioned architecture had to be considered. For example there were two different kinds of rims of the roof and the quality of the bricking had to be determined. Also the type of window machinery and the functionality of mechanical and window ventilation had to be verified.
