For the further project performances the interfaces between medical and building technology had to be defined. On this basis, the tasks, that arose from the new building were defined and the operating responsibilities assigned. Even questions as for example the scope of works which can be done with own employees and the creation of an organisation had to be cleared. Performances afforede by external service providers were tendered and contracted to economical costs after that. During the start-up phase of the technical service provider, DS-Plan was responsible for the controlling and quality management of the supplied services on site.
