With help of DS-Plan the requirements of the future building use could be integrated in the planning and building process at an early stage.  The future building operation was simulated and the building technical requirements defined. This guaranteed the realisation of the service engineering facilities on basis of our requirements and that the necessary areas could be considered at an early stage.
Additionally personal and organisational requirements were defined and considered in the operation organisation as well as the tender of the operative services. In time for the implementation of the building operation an efficient operating team for all technical and infra-structural services was ready. To guarantee the implementation of the dynamical requirements of this demanding area in the first operating phase, DS-Plan supported the service provider in the critical start phase with their coaching.
