To create an office building in multi-disciplinary planning and under consideration of all aspects - both challenge and confirmation for the engineering team of DS-Plan. The building cover was optimised to a low energy standard to realize the planned earth probe concept. The construction material selection and quality of the material was planned in the aspect of the building ecology, tendered and supervised in their realisation. The result is a comfortable and healthy working environment.
