The international hotel owner Sir Rocco Forte set foot into the German market in Frankfurt. The luxury five star plus hotel integrates an about 100 years old villa into a new building concept, which considers the traditional architectural style. The top-class ambience in the middle of the city had to meet high requirements in the building physical aspect. A special challenge thereby was the renovation of the listed “Villa Speyer” which had to achieve the latest standard in thermal and sound technical regard. This exciting task was solved with various special examinations, measuring analysis and a building supporting consultancy.
