High flexibility, very high comfort and the latest technology were the requirements of the technical building services to satisfy the occupants´ needs. With our system planning we developed technical and economical planning specification, set up the basis for the realisation requirements and controlled their implementation during the planning and realisation and also their building sector comprehensive functionality. Besides the building physical aspect, also the facility management concept was supported by DS-Plan. The main focuses of the FM concept are the occupants and visitors of the planned City-Quartiers. For the first time, the position of a City-Quartier Manager was implemented. All planned processes were checked for their functionality for being able to compare it with other running project by help of the running cost forecast and the individual services already during the planning.
