In the redevelopment area „Ostend“ in Frankfurt were formerly distributed over the whole city. By means of a PPP (Public Private Partnership) project, which is the first of its kind in Frankfurt, these five locations are to be contracted. The challenge was besides the technical contents also to create area synergies. This was mainly possible in the sector of training rooms. Synergies considering the room size and timetables guarantee the efficient operation. DS-Plan also created organisational regulations as charging structures and rules for the working room management.
