  For the planned zero-energy house of Gerber Architects in the Middle East DS-Plan develops an innovative energy management

  With the energy tower Burdsch al-Taka the well-known Architect Eckhard Gerber from Dortmund enters new fields in the building technique. The 322 metres high and 68 floors containing building is planned as a "zero-energy-house" and supposed to generate the necessary energy for cooling and power supply by itself.

  In their book  "Green Building - Concepts for sustainable architecture" Dr. Michael Bauer, Peter Mösle und Dr. Michael Schwarz from the DS-Plan Expert Team provide a  guide for building owners, planners and building operators.

  Green Building: DS-Plan is one of the cofounders of the German sustainable building council (GeSBC)

  Together with experts of all sectors of the building branch the expert team of the Drees & Sommer Group founded on July, 25th 2007 in Stuttgart the German sustainable building council (GeSBC) which acts under the umbrella organisation of the World Green Building Council.
