Do buildings have a soul? We don´t know. As a planning and consultancy company taking a comprehensive approach to building design we are, however, absolutely certain on one point: a building greatly influences the well-being of the persons who live and work in it. This realisation entails certain consequences for DS-Plan´s work. Firstly: care and conscientiousness in our work enjoy top priority. This we owe to our clients as well as to the people who will be using the buildings. Secondly: In our planning work human requirements and needs are accorded the same importance as economic parameters. Especially this latter point always presents a great challenge. But this is precisely what makes our work so interesting. For DS-Plan loves a challenge. In human and ecological terms. On behalf of our clients we gather and combine the many individual threads of a construction project and tightly control them during the construction phase. Our planning is the result of an uncompromising quest for perfection and of the firm conviction that in the final analysis the success of a building can be measured only by means of one factor: the satisfaction of the persons who live or work in it every day.
