Facade planning and structural physics consulting for the Euro 150 million office building were undertaken by our experts.
With a gross floor area of over 56,000 square meters, the 23-story building offers space for innovative work concepts. Some 60 percent of the office space is already leased. The building - which has an unusual ground plan in the form of a double ellipsis based on a design by architect Christoph Ingenhoven - is set to become a new landmark in the Düsseldorf skyline.
