DS-Plan wins architectural competition concerning the high-rise building with campus buildings M82 (Moosacher Straße, Munich) in collaboration with Bothe Richter Teherani (BRT) architects, Hamburg. DS-Plan is also assigned with the general planning of the engineers’ disciplines facade technology, energy consulting, building physics, and HVAC planning.
Client is a joint-venture between IVD Development and Knorr-Bremsen. Project manager is CBP Projektmanagement, Munich. DS-Plan optimized and mainly re-engineered the complete facade and building services concept. This was the basis to gain the competition success together with BRT.
